I don't remember my password, how do I access my Subbly account?

Forgot Password procedure

❗ Due to security reasons, manually changing or updating your passwords on our admin side is not possible

If you forget the password and are unable to login to your account, do the following, step by step:

1. Go to the login screen and click on Forgot Password link under the Login button

2. When prompted for it on the next window, input the email address where system will send a reset link

❗ At this point, after you input the email address and submit, no prompt will appear, so you should just check your inbox for the reset link. 📩

3. From here on, you should check your inbox for the email containing the reset link and you'll need to follow the reset link (please note that reset link is available for only a limited time so you'll need to do everything within an hour or so)

4. You will be taken to the screen where you'll need to declare and repeat the new password, after which you'll be logged in to your account with your password changed.
